Taylor Swift left her Eras Tour crew stunned after handing out huge bonuses, with some staff members nearly passing out and others brought to tears.
According to People, the pop superstar shared $197 million among the team behind her record-breaking 149-show tour. Emotional reactions were shown in her Disney+ docuseries The End of an Era, where Taylor explained that when a tour earns more, the people working on the road should benefit too.
One clip showed production assistant Max Holmes almost fainting after opening his bonus letter, while dancer Kameron Saunders read a heartfelt note from Taylor thanking her for the sacrifices made on tour.
The Eras Tour earned more than $2 billion, and this isn’t the first time Taylor has rewarded her crew. She gave out $55 million in bonuses in 2023, including $100,000 each to around 50 tour truck drivers.
